The successful candidate must have experience delivering engineering and capital projects in operating industrial environments such as chemical manufacturing, oil and gas, water or wastewater utilities, liquid storage and distribution, mining, concrete or cement, aggregates, bulk-material handling, terminals, utilities, or heavy manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, the Engineering Program Manager provides end-to-end ownership of engineering and construction work across the Airbases portfolio, from concept development and design through execution and construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
