Interacts with the Loan Closing and Asset Management Departments to ensure proper execution of the loan closing and booking process and transitioning of the loan to servicing phase, including corresponding with third parties, borrowers and guarantors to ensure loans are closed correctly and timely. Responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial real estate loans across a broad range of property types (multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, special use, land development, single-family lot development) and markets, with sophisticated sponsorship and deal structures.
