The individual should understand how to connect Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Reliability, Inventory, Sourcing and Procurement into an end-to-end operating model, including asset and part criticality, OEM and third-party component relationships, part supersession and equivalency, repairable/rotable spares, stocking strategies, Supplier management and MRO readiness for new equipment and production lines. Familiarity with platforms such as IBM Maximo, Teamcenter and related ERP (SAP/Oracle) /EAM/PLM ecosystems is highly desirable, along with the ability to work closely with data and AI teams to translate MRO business requirements into practical automation and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
