Job Responsibilities: Senior ServiceNow architecture experience AI Control Tower and IRM implementation experience AICT application, plugin, release, role, lifecycle, data-model, and integration knowledge Ability to lead solution design, technical decisions, and quality reviews Senior AI governance and operating-model experience ServiceNow AICT or IRM experience Risk assessment, control, attestation, residual-risk, and exception-process knowledge Ability to translate governance requirements into executable processes Senior ServiceNow data and integration architecture experience Service Graph, REST API, import-set, transform-map, and reconciliation experience CSDM, CMDB, identification, and duplicate-prevention knowledge Experience defining controlled ingestion and evidence patterns Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist AI Orchestration or equivalent ServiceNow AI Platform certification.
