MUST HAVE DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE** **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** **Operating Rhythm & Cadence** + Own and manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence + Structure and run leadership forums (staff meetings, project reviews, QBR inputs) + Ensure meetings drive decisions, not status updates **Governance & Decision Frameworks** + Establish and enforce clear governance models across construction delivery + Define what gets escalated, when, and how + Track decisions, actions, and accountability across leadership forums **Execution Tracking & Accountability** + Maintain visibility into portfolio execution across regions + Ensure consistent tracking of: + Milestones + Risks + Dependencies + Critical path items + Drive follow-through on leadership commitments **Change Management & Planning Discipline** + Implement structured change management processes for design, schedule, and scope + Support efforts to lock plans of record and reduce shifting timelines + Partner with Design, TPM, and Construction teams to improve execution alignment **Cross-Functional Coordination** + Act as connective tissue between: + Construction + TPM + Design (MEP) + Engineering + Identify breakdowns in coordination and drive resolution.
