Advanced proficiency with clinical management software (Exxat, ACEMAPP, and myClinicalExchange), learning management systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and web portal maintenance; strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail; and excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with students, clinical preceptors, hospital administrators, and program faculty. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational logistics of Supervised Clinical Practice Experiences (SCPEs), and serving as the primary administrative super-user for clinical tracking systems, including Exxat, ACEMAPP, myClinicalExchange.
