We partner closely with developers, owners, and builders to deliver HVAC solutions aligned with modern construction, renovation cycles, and sustainability goals , with extended capabilities supporting modular construction, multifamily, and student/senior housing markets . This role will focus on driving early-stage project influence , building deep relationships with hospitality stakeholders, and securing specification wins across new builds, brand conversions, PIPs (Property Improvement Plans), and renovation cycles.
