What You’ll Do:• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security operations• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems• Lead preventative maintenance and emergency response efforts• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and OSHA regulations• Oversee suite readiness for move-ins and community first impressions• Manage vendor relationships and capital improvement projects• Train team members on emergency protocols and safety procedures• Monitor work order systems to ensure timely resolution• Manage department budget, labor, and expense controls• Recruit, train, and develop facilities team membersYou serve as the technical and operational leader—balancing system expertise with strong team leadership.
