The QRS Medical Director ensures that the hospital delivers high-quality, evidence-based care, minimizes clinical variation, optimizes utilization, and maintains an engaged, high-performing medical staff. Leads the CPI (Clinical Performance Improvement) teams, medical staff, and key stakeholders to achieve goals for CPI and reliability metrics (including analysis, planning, reporting, communication etc.).
