Work Environment/Safety : Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, rooftops, mechanical rooms, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, sharp materials, and mechanical hazards; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, and steel-toed boots at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. Lead and supervise a sheet metal crew on daily retrofit and service tasks, including ductwork modifications, replacements, additions, and installations for DX split systems, rooftop units, make-up air systems, VAV systems, heat pumps, and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.
