Position Summary: Position will support management with training and assignment of semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their ability, experience, and job knowledge in support and execution of production goals in ship repair/industrial fabrication operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzes work orders, blueprints, drawings, sketches, and specifications to determine machining requirements, material needs, tooling, setup approach, workholding, inspection points, and proper sequence of operations.
