Requirements/Responsibilities Line Cook Requirements: * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Must be able to obtain a valid food handler certificate * Well-rounded, understanding of Mexican-Oaxacan Cuisine, attention to detail * Must possess sufficient knife and cooking skills Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.
