As a key member of our ambulatory pharmacy team, you will work closely with patients, providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, community organizations, and healthcare staff to coordinate enrollment, manage ongoing assistance programs, and help ensure patients receive the medications they need to improve their health and quality of life. Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, pharmaceutical companies, and community organizations regarding medication assistance programs.
