Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC, ability to pass EKG test within the first week of hire, at least one year of recent EPIC charting experience, and a minimum of 1 year of strong cardiac experience (Cardiac Step-down Unit (SDU), Intermediate Cardiac, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (ICU)), plus 2 years of IMC/Progressive Care/Telemetry experience. Additional Information: The unit features 44 beds for intermediate cardiac step-down care, with responsibilities including care for post-op CABG/Valve, thoracotomy, Vascular, Arrhythmia, CHF, post procedure cath, pacer, defibrillator, ablations, acute chest pain/myocardial infarction, and med/surg overflow such as detox, DKA, COPD exacerbation, respiratory failure, and Fem Pop Bypass.
