Your responsibilities will include:Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans and learning activitiesLead classroom instruction using COA's Mind and Body Matters curriculumCreate a structured, nurturing, and positive classroom environmentSupport children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical developmentEstablish appropriate classroom expectations and routinesObserve and document children's progress and developmental milestonesComplete child progress reports and required classroom documentationCommunicate professionally and consistently with parents and familiesBuild strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleaguesRespond to children's individual needs with patience, empathy, and understandingUtilize technology to support documentation, communication, and child progress trackingMaintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroomCollaborate with school management, teaching staff, and district partnersParticipate in professional development and trainingFollow COA policies, procedures, curriculum expectations, and all applicable state requirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced early childhood educator who is passionate about teaching preschool-aged children and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences.
