Work occurs primarily outdoors and may include Florida heat, humidity, direct sun, rain, mud, dust, insects, vegetation, uneven terrain, noise, vibration, and other conditions associated with maintaining a large outdoor camp property. This is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring extended periods of standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying; repetitive use of hand and power tools; and operation of grounds and property equipment.
