Experience & Training: A bachelor's degree in the field of Human Services (psychology, sociology, behavioral sciences, social work, etc.), criminal justice or other related social sciences and three years of experience in public or private social work, including one year of direct ID/A service experience; or Two years as an Intellectual Disabilities / Autism (ID/A) Caseworker 2; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which must include successful completion of 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences. Work in close cooperation with ODP licensed providers, other social agencies, hospitals, clinics, courts, and other community resources in the course of navigating care for individuals with extremely complex needs.
