This position serves as a technical resource to on-site maintenance teams by providing advanced troubleshooting, system diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repair support to ensure HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. The HVAC Technician works closely with Property Management, Maintenance Supervisors, Regional Maintenance Managers, vendors, and contractors to minimize equipment downtime, improve resident comfort, reduce operating costs, and protect Pennrose assets.
