Performs all functions related to café sales and service including, but not limited to, setting up and taking down the serving line, preparing some fresh menu items, attending to customers, cashiering, accurately reconciling daily accounts following established protocols, creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and inviting environment in the servery and dining room.
