Overview: The Production Control & Material Management Assistant Manager is a member of the Production Management Department at Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain (MSCe) and is responsible for end-to-end production planning, BOM and engineering change management, procurement operations, ERP/master data governance, inventory control, customs compliance, and supplier performance management. This role ensures accurate production and material planning, maintains system and master data integrity, supports new model launches and engineering changes, secures stable supply through strategic sourcing and procurement activities, and drives operational excellence through KPI management, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.
