This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate business leaders, HR teams, system integrators, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver enterprise-scale HR projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, requirements management, solution deployment, integrations, testing, cutover, change management, and hyper care support.
