This position is responsible for mechanical engineering project requirements involving hydraulic power units, hydraulic/electric/pneumatic valve actuation, and hydraulic protection system design; design for manufacturing; 2D CAD drafting and 3D modelling of mechanical/hydraulic assemblies and systems; analysis and technical specification of system components and sub-assemblies; hands-on system assembly and fabrication; shop/factory testing; site installation and check-out support; commissioning; and field service of mechanical systems on industrial turbomachinery. Work on turbomachinery control system integration projects for steam, combustion, and hydro turbines for clients in industries such as Commercial Power Generation (Fossil-Fuel, Nuclear, Hydro, Biomass, etc.), Industrial Cogeneration, Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream & Downstream), Chemical Processing, etc.
