Lead and support cross-functional teams including project managers, field leaders, estimators, planners, modelers, fabrication managers, schedulers, project controllers, and administrative staff to ensure consistent and successful project delivery. Ensure the proper documentation of all project activities, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, material procurement, fabrication logistics, work conditions, and meeting minutes.
