Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: Current RN license by applicable state requirements, minimum one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting within the last five years, or graduation from an accredited nursing program with at least one year of RN experience in the last five years. Additional Skills: Nursing care, quality improvement, ventricular assist devices, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, balloon pumps, mentoring and teaching, transitions of care, and experience with Epic charting.
