The successful candidate will add value by ensuring the commercial success of the plant, driving financial accuracy and integrity, actively engaging in design, implementation and adherence to internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring and adherence to KPI's of the Electrical Products Products (EP) Russelectric Manufacturing Plant located in Hingham, MA. Partner with Procurement, Industrial Engineering, and Operations teams to identify and execute productivity improvement initiatives, evaluate make-versus-buy opportunities, and develop financial business cases for outsourcing projects that enhance manufacturing efficiency, capacity utilization, cost competitiveness, and plant profitability.
