This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, and Vendor/Contractor teams to identify improvement and business sustaining opportunities, develop project scopes, and execute solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and maintenance initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations while meeting key project goals.
