The successful candidate will be a recognized technical leader capable of influencing product architecture, mentoring engineers, and solving complex technical challenges while working closely with cross-functional teams including digital design, layout, applications, product engineering, test engineering, and customers. This role requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal IC design, strong technical leadership, and the ability to drive complex product developments across architecture, design, verification, silicon validation, and production release.
