The role focuses on the design, analysis, and integration of liquid-cooing hardware, such as processor cold plates, Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx's), Thermal Test Vehicles (TTV's), manifolds, piping systems, and associated components. Responsibilities: Design cold plates, RDHX assemblies, manifolds, piping systems, and liquid distribution components for new product development and customer-specific solutions.
