The SPO will work across internal teams and with grantees, technology companies, software developers, researchers, implementing partners, governments, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are designed for local workflows, data environments, connectivity constraints, and sustainable country ownership. Deep technical and product knowledge in several of the following areas: software architecture, APIs and interoperability, mobile or web applications, cloud and edge computing, data platforms, artificial intelligence/machine learning, generative AI, clinical decision support, risk stratification, or software as a medical device.
