This role supports the endâtoâend loan process by collecting, verifying, organizing, and preparing all necessary documentation while maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Loan File Preparation & Documentation: Collects, reviews, and prepares mortgage loan documentation including applications, credit reports, appraisals, income/asset documents, and other supporting materials.
