Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Inspection & measurement systems, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements such as Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Develop close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Test, and Supply Chain leadership teams and execute to Product Development Process (PDP) to meet all gate readiness review criteria (CDR, BRR, MRR/PRR) engaging from early prototype testing to full rate production.
