MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: In order to qualify for the GS-14, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: Leading cross-functional teams of federal staff and contractors - spanning technology, product management, and delivery - to set product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver data-driven solutions; and, Providing product management consultation and oversight across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through implementation and evaluation, for information technology (IT) products supporting health care programs and services; and, Reviewing system architecture, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software development practices, to assess whether IT solutions are scalable, secure, and feasible; and, Advising stakeholders on significant or controversial technical and policy matters, using tact and negotiation skill to justify, defend, or settle competing positions. (2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
