Respond to resident care needs, emergencies, and concerns, addressing questions or issues raised by residents, families, and staff in a timely and compassionate manner while supporting quality improvement efforts that promote positive resident outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, responding appropriately to clinical needs and collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
