Currently pursuing Masters degree (or final year of undergraduate) in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Product Development or related technical field Builder mentality - you've designed and built things (software prototypes, automation workflows, AI agents, side projects, startups, etc.) Data fluency - can analyze datasets and extract actionable insights Intensely curious - you take things apart (literally or figuratively) to understand how they work Strong bias for action - you'd rather build and test than debate hypotheticals Good judgment about user experience and product quality.
