Tasks include and may not be limited to the following: Process Mapping and Production Support: Gemba, SOPs, process improvement, observational data and collection, process mapping, current/future State mapping, VSM, removing waste and visual improvement through engagement with technicians, supervisors and support teams. KPI Analysis: Analyze and improve manufacturing performance including efficiency, run time, reducing unplanned downtime, throughput, manufacturing yield, reducing manufacturing costs, plan to actual and more by utilizing large databases supporting and gemba data supporting our manufacturing KPIs.
