Synergy Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at La Casa, an outpatient clinic serving residents of an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community in Saint Merritt Island, Florida. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, or expected to graduate within six (6) months.
