This role owns the metrics, dashboards, and reporting that EHS, business leadership, and the Board use to understand safety and sustainability performance, and makes certain that the data behind those reports is complete, accurate, and traceable to a defined source. Own the controls that protect employee privacy in published data, including minimum cell sizes, suppression of small and complementary cells, reporting rates rather than counts, and exclusion of narrative text and personal identifiers from broadly visible reporting.
