This position is responsible to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, and aircraft ground support equipment. Ability to use torpedo level, combination square, hammer, Allen wrench and adjustable wrench and certify on steel and aluminum with the MIG welding process in the 3G position vertical up and on steel in the vertical down 3G position.
