QUALIFICATIONS: Required: High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience working with children - can be paid or unpaid work such as Summer Camps, Church Nursery, Babysitting, Bible School, Volunteering with children, AGS, Teacher Assistant, etc. Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Psychology, Art/Dance Therapy, Music Therapy, Family Studies, etc. or a related Human Services field.
