Job Requirements: • Must meet the requirements of at least a Teacher Assistant outlined by Vermonts Child Care Licensing Regulations • High School Diploma/GED and approved higher education credits • At least 1 year of professional child care experience • Must Meet state licensing requirements for position qualifications • Infant/Child First Aid and CPR Certifications (can obtain within 4 weeks of start date) • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment • Ability to work well with others and foster a team environment • Strong understanding of child development, and open to professional development opportunities • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and emerging leadership skills • Ability to follow all procedures and guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook and state licensing regulations manual • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
