In consultation with senior leadership, lead and coordinate integrated institutional planning processes, including strategic planning, educational master planning, annual planning, and institutional effectiveness assessment; Facilitate the alignment of institutional plans, program review, resource allocation, enrollment management, facilities planning, technology planning, and equity initiatives; Coordinate the development, tracking, assessment, and reporting of institutional goals, objectives, metrics, and key performance indicators; Support the development and implementation of institutional effectiveness frameworks and continuous improvement systems; Provide leadership and technical support for participatory governance committees and institutional planning bodies. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding institutional trends, effectiveness indicators, policy implications, and planning priorities; Prepare and present analytical reports, environmental scans, forecasts, and planning studies to the Board of Trustees, senior leadership, governance groups, and external agencies; Represent the District at local, regional, state, and national meetings related to institutional research, planning, accreditation, and effectiveness; Promote a culture of evidence, inquiry, innovation, equity-mindedness, and data-informed decision-making across the institution; Provide leadership in evaluating institutional initiatives, grants, pilots, and student success interventions.
