Support the Head of Legal with research, advice, due diligence and drafting as it relates to any legal workstream cross functionally including: Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Warranty, Engineering, IT, Sales and Marketing. You will support the Legal function in managing a wide variety of legal matters including commercial contract review, contract management & administration, compliance and onboarding of third parties, labor/HR, corporate and potentially ad hoc work on corporate, governance, litigation and property matters.
