This position develops and implements student-centered programs, services, and retention strategies that support student access, engagement, persistence, completion, and post-graduation success, collaborates with Academic Affairs and Student Services departments to ensure the effective delivery of support services, fosters an inclusive and welcoming campus environment, and promotes continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making. Oversees and collaborates with Campus Coordinators to maintain consistent, high-quality support, compliance, facilities, safe working environment, Supports Campus Coordinator efforts to identify new programs and opportunities to meet industry needs and student interests.
