What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machines (Haas, Makino, Matsuura, Hwacheon, Citizen/Miyano, etc.) Machine installations and setup Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams Travel locally to customer sites within northern Texas, with emphasis in the Dallas–Fort Worth area; occasional overnights (4–6 per month) may be required. Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi experience helpful) Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro‑mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc.
