The position requires developing and implementing interdisciplinary plans of care, coordinating patient care transitions, and maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Required Qualifications: CA RN licensure, 3 years of experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS (will be required prior to start), ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within past 2 years, EPIC charting experience.
