Experience: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in P&D (Pick-up & Delivery), parcel delivery, or fleet logistics (FedEx Ground BC/driver, Amazon DSP Manager, On-Trac, DHL, LTL, or military logistics preferred). In addition to daily terminal management, you will serve as a qualified FedEx driver, maintaining full readiness to operate any vehicle in our fleet, jump on routes when contingency demands arise, and lead your team directly from the field.
