div>We are seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant with prior dental experience who thrives in a fast-paced, structured clinical environment. In this role, you will work directly with doctors, support daily clinical operations, and help ensure patient safety, efficiency, and treatment accuracy.
The Surgical Dental Assistant—Discharge will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our Oral Surgeons throughout various surgical procedures.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Discharge and Continue Care for Patients:
-The discharge assistant will work closely with the surgical team to ensure that patients are prepared for discharge and equipped with the necessary information and resources for post-operative care.
-Serve as a liaison between in-patient care and follow-up care.
-Conduct thorough assessments of patients prior to discharge to ensure their readiness to leave the facility.
-Monitor patients for any signs of complications or adverse reactions to medications and intervene as necessary.
-Quick to respond in an emergency – understand all materials in crash cart and efficient in emergency protocol.
-Ensure that quality of care is maintained or surpassed.
