The successful candidate selected for interview will be asked to show how they make a hard platform call: what to rebuild from first principles and what to deliberately leave alone, how an access model holds up across very different customers, including how access ends, how to win adoption from teams that don't report to them, and how to move live customers onto a new model without slowing down the people responding to an incident. You will work from first principles across identity, tenant models, roles and permissions, access lifecycle, cross-organization collaboration, audit, and oversight, as Fusus grows beyond public safety into retail, healthcare, logistics, and international markets.
