Maintenance Assistant duties include but not limited to facilitating the successful physical community operations by performing repairs and maintenance (plumbing, painting, light electrical, light HVAC, etc.) of the property that will promote a high sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents, families and staff. Must have knowledge of basic maintenance skills, HVAC, floor tech, painting, pressure washer, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
