Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients in a multispecialty practice to include pediatric, behavioral health, urgent care, and specialty services to our local communities. Provide and manage direct primary care services, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for individuals and families.
